For Icing:

Whipping Cream(Amul cream)-1 litre or 2 pint or 1/4 gallon
Icing sugar-1 cup or 100 gms
Vanilla essence-1 tsp

For the Sugar Water:

Sugar- ½ cup
Water-1 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Rum / Whisky / Brandy- Optional

For decoration:

Cherries
Grated Chocolate
