Ingredients
1 deep dish pastry shell, bakedlemon filling:
1 1/2 C sugar
6 T cornstarch
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 C water
2 T butter
2 t grated lemon peel
6 drops yellow food coloring
1/2 C fresh lemon juice
Cream Cheese Filling:
12 oz cream cheese, softened (that's code for 1 whole package, and half of another package!)
1 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 C cool whip
1 T fresh lemon juice
