3 stalks spring onions, lightly smashed
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oil
500ml water
Seasoning :
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
40g rock sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (optional)
Thickening :
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp water
Garnishing :
A sprinkling of chopped spring onions
Some coriander leaves
