I medium size chicken (cut into bite sizes, add 1 tbsp kunyit/saffron powder, salt to taste and deep fry)To blend/ground:
1 inch ginger
4 shallots
1 serai/lemon grass
4 cloves garlic
1 large tomato
1 inch lengkuas/galangal
10 red chillies (or as your prefer)
7 birds eye chillies/chilly padi
Other ingredients:
10 lime leaves (tear into smaller pieces)
2 tbsp mae pranom thai chilly paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
8 tbsp oil
salt to taste
