Stuffed Bitter-gourd Stir-fry

Ingredients

6-7 pieces of bittergourd (the thinner the gourd is, the better it is)
1 large onion (chopped thin and long)
1 small onion (finely minced)
3/4 tsp mango powder (amchur)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp coriander powder
salt and red chilli powder- to taste
4 tbsp vegetable oil
