Texican Pozole

Ingredients

2 lbs pork, cut into cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 onions, coarsely chopped

4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

1 red and 1 green serrano chile, coarsely chopped

2 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp oregano

2 tbsp cumin

4 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp salt

1tsp black pepper

3 tbsp flour

1 bottle of beer

1 large can of diced tomatoes

2 quarts of chicken stock

1 tbsp of chile paste(Mexican or sambal oelek or homemade)

4 cans of Bush hominy, drained
