Ingredients
1(abt 200g) green mango - remove skin and cut into medium size pieces1 (abt 250g) green guava - remove skin and seeds, then cut into medium size pieces
1 (abt 80g) semi- ripe papaya - remove skin and seeds, then cut into medium size pieces
10 taufu pok - dip in hot water for 3-4mins, squeeze the water out and cut into two.
For the Sauce:
75g roasted peanuts - crushed roughly
1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
1 tbsp blended/grounded dried red chillies (or according to taste)
2 calamansi lime - extract juice
2 tbsp otak-otak (shrimp paste)
