1 Cup water, lukewarm (105-110 degrees)
1/2 package active dry yeast (1 1/4 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups semolina flour
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 to 1 1/2 Cups bread flour
1 egg, for egg wash
Olive oil, for while the bread rises
Cornmeal, for baking
Sesame seeds (opt.)


A Traditional Italian Bread That Has A Great Texture. It's Made With Mostly Semolina Flour Instead Of Standard Bread Flour.
