  3. 1/2teaspoon sugar
  4. 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 3cups bread flour
  6. 1/2cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon salt
  8. Cornmeal, for dusting
  9. Nigella or sesame seeds, for sprinkling
