Ingredients
- 3 cups cooking liquid (stock, wine, water, tomato juice or a mixture of these)
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp butter
- ¼ cup white wine
- Olive oil
- 2 diced wedges of preserved lemons (optional but gives amazing flavour)
Description
Variation Ingredients Can Be Sautéed In The Oil Before The Rice Is Added And Cooked With The Rice And Liquid To Allow Better Combining Of Flavours.
