- 3 eschallots, chopped finely
- 200g mushrooms, sliced thinly
- ¼ cup brandy
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk combined with 2 Tbsp water
- Flaked salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
