  • 200g chicken pieces, such as drumsticks and thigh fillets per person
  • ¼ onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • ½ tsp drained capers
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • 1 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • ½ ripe tomato, finely chopped
