  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2½ cups plain flour (use more if the mixture is too sticky)
  • Rice bran oil for frying
