Ingredients
- 2 x 85g cans of smoked oysters or oysters in barbeque sauce (chunky chopped)
- 250g cream cheese (soften by leaving out of the fridge for 30 mins.)
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup of finely grated cheddar or tasty cheese
- 2 t lemon juice
- ¼ t crushed garlic (fresh or jar)
- ½ t finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley &/or basil is good)
- Ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
