Nepalese Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 2 medium brown onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 825g can crushed tomatoes
  • 425g can of chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbls oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp each cumin, tumeric, curry powder, salt
  • 1 cup froze peas (or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
