    3 eggs, separated
    2 cups milk (buttermilk is best)
    60g butter, melted
    300g plain flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
    extra butter to cook
    1 punnet of strawberries, halved
    2 banannas, sliced
    4 passionfruits
    icing sugar
    maple syrup or natural yogurt to serve

Description

Pancakes With Fruit - Thick, Spongy Pancakes For A Wonderful Breakfast. For Berry Pancakes, Scatter Uncooked Side With Berries Before Flipping. (don't Need To Serve With Fruit On Top) For Chocolate Pancakes, Replace 50g Of Flour With 50g Cocoa.
