  • 400g can chick peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 handful fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt (or 2 tablespoons Tahini paste + 3 tablespoons of olive oil as an alternative)
