- Mustard and dill sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- To serve
- 1 small avocado
- 55 g (2 oz) mixed salad leaves
- 1 cucumber, halved and sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
