- 1 head red or green leaf lettuce, washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 12 pitted Greek olives
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1 large, ripe tomato (or 3 or 4 Roma tomatoes), diced
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
