  • For the biscuit base
  • 50g of flour
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 60g of caster sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of almond powder (which you can replace with grated coconut)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • For the cream
  • 350ml of double cream
  • 500g of mashed pears
  • 60g of sugar
  • 4 gelatine sheets (2g)
