Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 2 sticks of celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 beef stock cube - dissolved in 150ml of hot water
- 100ml of red wine
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar (heaped)
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Description
The Preparation Is Incredibly Simple. All Vegetable Ingredients Are Cut Into Medium Sized Pieces, Not Diced. Serve With Steamed Potatoes, Or Mashed Potatoes, And Green Vegetables Of Your Choice. Absolutely Scrumptious!! Enjoy!!!
