- 450g pork fillet, sliced
- Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons white miso paste
- 125ml water
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce (tamari)
- 2 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon groundnut oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon groundnut oil
- 1/4 of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 yam bundles
