Pork And Cabbage In Miso Sauce

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce or 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons cornflour, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 450g pork fillet, sliced
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 125ml water
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce (tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon groundnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon groundnut oil
  • 1/4 of cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 yam bundles

Description

This Stir-fry Dish Is Not Only Easy, But Delectable. Sliced Pork Fillet Is Stir-fried With Cabbage And Simmered In A Miso, Tamari And Sake Sauce. Serve With Freshly Cooked Rice.
