- 55 g (2 oz) millet flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 50 g (1¾ oz) dried blueberries
- 50 g (1¾ oz) dried cranberries
- 15 g (½ oz) soft brown or demerara sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice
