- 1kg Minced Beef
- 1 Aubergine (diced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Celery Stick (chopped)
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 400g Passata
- Dash of Red Wine
- 12 Basil Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ---
- For the White Sauce:
- 125g butter
- 800ml milk
- 75g plain flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
