Ingredients

  • 100g (3 1⁄2oz) small broccoli florets
  • 75g (2 3⁄4oz) frozen peas
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 225g (8oz) elbow macaroni
  • 375g (13oz) plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 85g (3oz) reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 11⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • good pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 celery sticks, coarsely chopped
  • 1 red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, chives or basil
