Chicken With Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

  • 45g butter
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 30g butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 4 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 175ml chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 350ml soured cream
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese

Description

Chicken Breasts Are Pan-fried Then Baked With A Sauce Made From Vodka, Soured Cream And Feta Cheese. It's Delicious Any Time Of The Week. Serve With Rice, Pasta Or Potatoes.
