- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb feta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
- peanut oil or olive oil for frying
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
