- salt and pepper to taste
- crushed chillies to taste
- crumbled feta or grated Parmesan cheese

This Sauce Is Absolutely Perfect With Pasta, White Fish Or Chicken. It's A Tomato Based Sauce With Garlic, Onions, Capers, Kalamata Olives And Seasonings. Serve With Crumbled Feta Or Grated Parmesan.
