  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
  • 12 dried lasagne sheets
  • 450g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 375g mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
