  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
