  • 350ml milk
  • 250g frozen sweetcorn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 4 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 225g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
