- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 can chopped tomatoes, about 400 g
- pinch of sugar
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 can borlotti or pinto beans, about 425 g
- salt and pepper
- To serve
- 1 tomato, diced
- pickled jalapeño chillies (optional)
- 125 g (4 ½ oz) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 8 radishes, sliced
- 4 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
- Tabasco or other hot chilli sauce
