  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded and sliced
  • 2 pieces lamb fillet (about 500 g in total)

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 lemon grass stalk, white part only, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1–2 red chillies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
