- 1â2 cup (125 g) light sour cream
- 1â2 cup (125 g) yoghurt
- 50ml milk
- 1â2 teaspoon tarragon or other herb mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemonâflavoured olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
