  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ chopped unsalted macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup of honey
  • 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ cup of chopped, dried apple
  • ½ cup of chopped, dried unsulphered apricots
  • To serve: milk, natural yogurt and fresh berries
