Ingredients

  • For the topping:

  • For the pasta:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cored, cut in large pieces
  • water to cover (about 4 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian herb blend
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14-oz box spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
