- 1 recipes Marinara Sauce (recipe follows)
- 6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 yellow onions, diced
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- One 28-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
