  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • For the salmon:
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, skin and bones removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
