- 4 carrots, thinly sliced

- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C. diced canned tomatoes
- 4 C. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. herb seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

This Soup Is Wonderful In The Fall And Winter! It Tastes So Good That You Would Never Know That It Is Fat Free. For A Heartier Soup, Add Some Browned Hamburger Or Ground Turkey.
