  • 3/4 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • reserved 1 C. pumpkin
  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 C. chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
