  • 3/4 c. Grnd hazelnuts or possibly walnuts
  • 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Minced hazelnuts or possibly pecans
  •     Dry apricots
  • 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Whipping (heavy) cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 c. Reserved canned pumpkin
