- 2 1/4 C. mango (2-3 large very ripe mangoes ,each about 13 ounces) peeled, pitted, coarsely chopped
- three 8-oz. packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 C. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 lg. eggs
- Topping:
- 1 - 1 1/4 C. mango (peeled, pitted, coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 C. granulated sugar

I Have Fresh And Rather Large Mangoes Growing In My Back Yard And Decided That I Needed To Use Them. I Love Cheesecake And Thought That I Would Give It A Try. Wonderful, Sinful, And Delightful! Hope You Enjoy!
