  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 six ounce salmon filets
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
