- 2 lemons, for rubbing the artichoke and to flavour artichokes
- 1 cup water (250 ml)
- 2 tablespoons flour (30 ml)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch slices
- 3x green onions, chopped
- 4 medium new potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
- Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill, or to taste (60 ml)
