- 4 ounces dried apricots â (125ml)
- 1/2 cup sugar â (125ml)
- 1 1/2 cups of cold water â (375ml)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice â (15ml)
Ravioli
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of water â (15ml)
- Use your favourite pasta dough
- 4 cups of vegetable oil for frying â (1liter)
- Confectioners sugar for sprinkling ravioli
- Mint sprigs for garnish
