- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese or 1 1/2 lbs sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 2 -3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 -3 dashes hot sauce
- salt and pepper(taste before adding)
