  • 1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in juice(, do not drain)
  • 2 cups carrots, finely shredded
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

    • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 dash salt
