- 8 ounces Butter
- 4 ounces Icing Sugar
- 4 ounces Corn Starch
- 8 ounces Bread Flour
To Assmble
- 100 grams Blackberries, fresh
- 100 grams Raspberries, fresh
- 6 sprigs Fresh Mint
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice or Fruit Sorbet, optional
