  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons five-spice powder

Smoking

  • 1/4 cup tea leaf
  • 1/4 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Garnish

  • 2 ounces salmon roe
  • 3 tablespoons sake, (Japanese wine)
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger, root
  • 1 teaspoon lemon, juice
  • 1/2 cup radish sprouts
