- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup beef stock
Glazed Root Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium parsnip, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 medium turnip, peeled cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 leek, cleaned and cut into 0.5 inch rounds
- 2 cups brussel sprouts, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
Apple and Endive Salad with Honey Cayenne Pecans
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup whole peacans
- 3 heads belgium endive, julienned
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and julienned
- juice of a 0.5 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Bread Stuffing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh sage
- 1/2 loaf country bread, torn into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup reserved pan juices, from pork roast
- salt and pepper
